  1. Notebookcheck, aka the one outlet that actually tests phones instead of just providing one guys subjective opinion about it. And its not just lab tests, they actually drove around with that thing to measure its GPS accuracy.

EDIT: They even have a fucking changelog on the site showing if the review was edited in time.

Interesting investigative journalism about the warranty:

    > Samsung affords the S10+ 24 months manufacturer’s warranty, 12 months for the battery and six months for the accessories that are included in the box. It is worth keeping in mind that the South Korean company continues to include liquid damage as a warranty exclusion. We asked Samsung Germany executives about this warranty limitation at last year’s Samsung Service Center Day, to which they assured us no intact Galaxy S had been rejected for a warranty repair because of liquid damage, and customer services should waive the exclusion as a gesture of goodwill if the exclusion could potentially be applied. While the S10+ is IP68 water-resistant, previous drops could damage the water-resistant seal around the case to the point that the device becomes liquid damaged when subsequently dropped in water.

  2. Geez that battery life (atleast for the Exynos version) is absolutely abysmal for a 4100mAh cell.

Everyone gave LG shit for putting a 3000mAh battery in the G7 and yet the G7 still gets 15% better longevity even with the S10+ having a 37% larger battery.

The Exynos line of chips has really gone downhill.

  3. > The “Vivid” mode utilises the wider DCI-P3 colour space, but it offers worse colour accuracy than the “Natural” mode, which uses the sRGB colour space instead.

These people have no understanding of what they’re doing.

Both battery life and display figures are utter nonsense.

  4. People jumping to concluding at it finest. Some reviews say that s10 has great battery life, some don’t. If I listen to this sub I would have never bought my note 8. My note 8 is 1.5 years old I don’t use battery saving, always have location and AoD on and the least SoT I had was 5 hours. I have reached 7 and regularly 5.5 to 6 hours. That with two generations old exynos and 3300 mh battery. Stop listening to some guys reviews.

  5. Even the Mi Mix 3 with a 3200Mah last longer than the S10+ Exynos.
I am happy that i returned the phone and choose the Mi 9.
    What a joke.

This is a great review m.
The difference between the Pocophone F1 and the S10+ was at the end of the day 38%.
    Insane!
