  1. The software on the original Galaxy S was just atrocious and bordering on unusable. In their infinite wisdom, Samsung decided to ship it with their « RFS » file system based on FAT32 (!). It was such a slow piece of shit that the phone could lock up for even minutes at a time.

    I flashed CyanogenMod the day it became available. All lag issues vanished into thin air.
